IT’S EASY

For 2023, Greyhound Trader has decided to start the Greyhound Trader Racing Club as a way of offering an alternative option for people to get involved in greyhound ownership at a low cost. The aim of the syndicate is to provide members with the chance to experience the thrill of greyhound ownership at a price that suits all budgets.

Greyhound Trader will look to source well-bred pups who have the chance to turn into a potential star of the future. All greyhounds will be divided 20 ways into 5% shares and the initial purchase price will cover the greyhounds rearing and schooling up to 15 months old. After this, there will be monthly kennel bills of roughly £20 each which will hopefully be minimised from prize money won.

The Greyhound Trader Racing Club will partner with some of Ireland’s top breeders and trainers who will keep our greyhounds until 15 months old before a joint decision is made on the future of our greyhounds. There is no guarantee that each pup will compete at the very top level but through buying good breeding and giving them the best of rearing and schooling, each pup will have the best chance of showing their full potential.

At the end of our greyhounds racing career, any remaining prize money will be split equally between the syndicate members whilst we will 100% guarantee that every greyhound will be looked after to the best care once their racing career has come to an end.
