LOT 15090 - Zenith Sunrise (UK)
Zenith Sunrise
Current bid: £460.00
Zenith Sunrise
A 37-race times raced bitch who has recently moved to Monmore under the care of Richie Taberner.
Having shown good early pace and winning three races at Hove early in her career, connections felt the track was not bringing out the best in her and subsequently moved her to David Mullins at Romford.
Sunrise has already produced one of the most eye-catching performances of her career over 400m at Romford, coming from last place to first to land the race. An exceptionally difficult feat over the sprint distance, it underlined the pace and determination she possesses.
She reached A3 grade at Hove and continued to demonstrate her ability after moving to Romford, winning an A5. Her latest move to Monmore could prove an ideal change, with her early pace and running style potentially well suited to the track.
As recently as 8 October, Sunrise contested a four-dog trial, finishing third behind £10,000-plus Hove sales purchase Lunar Dash and recent £4,000-plus online auction purchase Razldazl Seal. Beaten by less than two lengths in total, she recorded a respectable 28.91 herself.
Connections believe Sunrise is capable of performing at A2–A3 level at least.
