LOT 15259 - Indian Mist (IRE)
Indian Mist
Current bid: £4,050.00
Indian Mist
The reigning Tipperary Cup champion at Thurles is now available for purchase!
Indian Mist is a November 2023 son of Ballymac Cashout who claimed the 2026 Tipperary Cup at the tough-running Thurles circuit in 29.01 (-40).
Fast away, he was always in contention in an ultra-competitive final but had to dig deep in the closing stages to prevail by a short head, demonstrating both his ability and determination.
While his winning time was impressive in itself, it was his opening-round performance that arguably caught the eye most. Clocking 28.77 on the clock (-40), his calculated time of 28.37 is an exceptional effort rarely seen on a greyhound’s card.
Just two weeks after lifting the trophy, Mist was back in the winners’ enclosure with a 28.66 victory at Shelbourne Park. He subsequently recorded a smart 28.36 trial at Cork ahead of the Laurels, although his challenge in the competition came to an end in the first round.
A proven performer with a major competition title to his name, Indian Mist could be an interesting acquisition for connections targeting the All England Cup at Newcastle, along with other leading competitions in the future.
A Classic-winning calibre prospect with the form and experience to make his mark in the UK.
