Online Auction Results 29-31 July

Another successful Greyhound Trader Online Auction saw 9 greyhounds change ownership.

Top lot of the weekend was Burgess Josie who fetched an incredible £14,600 within the auction and sold to Tony Brealey, known for his ‘Coppice’ prefix. The Aug’20 bitch will be heading to Kevin Hutton in the following days and will surely look to be heading towards a tilt at the upcoming £20,000 English Oaks.

Ballymac Tabia fetched good money at £5500 and will go to Trevor Draper in Sheffield. Only an Apr’21 Droopys Sydney bitch, time is on her side and rumors of a potential staying career beckon for her whilst Kanturk Dave also saw good money come for him, eventually selling for £6125 within the auction. Off to Karen Newbury, the brother to Deelish Frankie and Da Bold Freddie will be looking to make waves across the Open Racing scene straight away.

Overall, £35,750 was made over the weekend with a success rate of 43% – which is the best yet!
